Looking for a fast food restaurant manager who is a people pleaser and multi-tasker. Should be able to deal with customers, food delivery partners and restaurant staff at the same time. Qualification: -12th pass and above -Must be above average at comprehending, reading and writing English -Retail/Hotel/Corporate experience preferred -Female candidates are welcome too : -The candidate has to be willing to be on his toes for most amount of time and should find ways to reduce owner dependency -Should be patient as crucial times are lunch and dinner wherein the customer flow is higher than average and utmost patience is required to deal with multiple people at once -Manager would be required to track all expenses, cash, card settlements, corporate payments and drivers partner payments -During catering orders, the manager must coordinate with the chef, utility renting company for logistics and customer to ensure successful event -Should be flexible to work 6 days a week with approx. 10-12 hours per day -Salary can be decided basis the experience and will be confirmed at the time of interview if shortlisted Shortlisting process will involve 1 or 2 rounds of face to face interview with the restaurant owner.
