Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.

Financial Management
Manage daily cash flow, inventory, and budgets.
Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability.
Prepare financial reports, cost controls, and forecasts.
Authorize purchases and maintain vendor relationships.
Marketing & Promotions

Requirements:

Education: Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field preferred.
