Job Description

Operations:

Manage front-of-house (FOH) & back-of-house (BOH), ensure smooth service, and optimize efficiency.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, appraise, and handle payroll; foster a positive culture.

Financial Management:

Control costs, manage budgets, analyze sales, handle cash, and report on profitability.

Customer Experience:

Ensure guest satisfaction, handle complaints, greet guests, and build loyalty.

Inventory & Supplies:

Monitor stock, order supplies, manage vendors, and control food quality.

Compliance:

Enforce health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations.

Strategy & Growth:

Develop marketing, refine menus (with chefs), and implement strategies for growth.
Key Skills & Requirements

Proven restaurant management experience, strong F&B knowledge. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and data analysis. Deep understanding of food safety, budgeting, and cost control. Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
