Proven restaurant management experience, strong F&B knowledge.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and data analysis.
Deep understanding of food safety, budgeting, and cost control.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
