Responsibilities:

Supervise all restaurant activities and ensure compliance with all company standards.
Prepare day-to-day reports accurately and within the timeframe.
Administer and manage day-to-day restaurant activities.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints and work on negative feedback.
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Effectively solving all F&B queries.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
Organize and supervise shifts.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.
Proven customer service experience as a manager.
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Acute financial management skills.
