Job Description

Operations and staff management:

Supervise daily operations, ensure adherence to company policies, manage staff schedules, and handle hiring and training to build a positive team culture.

Customer service:

Ensure high-quality guest satisfaction, resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, and foster a hospitality-focused environment.

Financial performance:

Monitor daily sales, manage cash handling, control costs, manage budgets, and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.

Inventory and compliance:

Oversee inventory levels, place orders as needed, and ensure the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Marketing:

Develop and implement local marketing strategies and promotions to attract more customers and drive sales.

Maintenance:

Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good working order.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
