Inventory and compliance:
Oversee inventory levels, place orders as needed, and ensure the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Marketing:
Develop and implement local marketing strategies and promotions to attract more customers and drive sales.
Maintenance:
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure equipment is in good working order.
