Job Description

Recruitment and Hiring:

Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job descriptions and posting openings to screening candidates and extending job offers.

Onboarding and Training:

Develop and implement onboarding programs and job-related training for new and existing staff to enhance skills and knowledge.

Employee Relations:

Handle employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and provide counseling and coaching to maintain a positive work environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administer payroll, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure competitive remuneration packages to attract and retain talent.

Compliance and Legal Matters:

Ensure the restaurant adheres to all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Performance Management:

Oversee the performance appraisal system, conduct performance reviews, and develop improvement plans for high performance.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate HR records, manage employee files, and handle HR-related documentation.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the restaurant's overall business goals and objectives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
