Onboarding and Training:
Plan and conduct onboarding sessions, develop training programs to enhance employee performance, and manage professional development.
Payroll & Benefits:
Oversee payroll, administer compensation and benefit plans, and maintain accurate employment and payment records.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:
Monitor staff attendance and performance, conduct evaluations, and recommend actions for improvement or disciplinary measures.
Compliance & Policy:
Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal labor laws and company policies, and update HR procedures as needed.
Strategy & Reporting:
Work with management to align HR initiatives with business goals, manage HR metrics, and report on key performance indicators.
