Key Responsibilities

Guest Reception:

Warmly greeting customers as they enter the restaurant and providing a positive first impression.

Reservations & Waitlists:

Managing reservation systems, taking bookings over the phone, and maintaining and communicating wait times for walk-in guests.

Seating:

Guiding guests to their tables and ensuring efficient and fair seating to balance workloads for servers.

Communication:

Answering phone calls and responding to guest questions about menus, the restaurant, or other inquiries.

Coordination:

Working with servers and other front-of-house staff to manage the flow of guests and ensure overall operational efficiency.

Guest Assistance:

Providing additional items like coloring books for children, and generally assisting guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Skills & Qualities

Customer Service:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent service.

Multitasking:

The ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, such as greeting a new guest while answering the phone or managing a waitlist.

Organization:

Efficiently managing a seating chart and ensuring tables are ready for guests.

Professionalism:

Maintaining a positive attitude and a welcoming demeanor, even in busy situations.

Pay: ₹15,002.00 - ₹30,097.49 per month
