Job Description

Greeting Guests:

Warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.

Managing Reservations:

Handle reservation bookings and confirm/modify them as needed.

Seating Guests:

Guide guests to their assigned tables and provide menus.

Waitlist Management:

Maintain an accurate waitlist and communicate wait times effectively.

Coordination:

Communicate with servers about table availability and turnover.

Customer Service:

Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Cleaning:

Monitor table turnover, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness.

Assisting with Events:

Support in organizing special events and private parties.
Additional Responsibilities (May Vary by Restaurant):

Taking and Confirming Reservations:

Answer phone calls, take reservations, and confirm them.

Monitoring Restaurant Activity:

Observe the restaurant's flow and adjust seating arrangements as needed.

Providing Menus:

Distribute menus to guests upon arrival.

Assisting with Bus Serives:

Help clear tables and bus dishes as needed.

Helping with To-Go Orders:

Manage to-go orders and ensure they are prepared and delivered on time.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
