Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders, and upsell specials.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests immediately and professionally. Maintain detailed, up-to-date knowledge of all menu items, specials, and ingredients.
Process guest checks and payments accurately (cash, card) and efficiently.
Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene, and relevant alcohol service regulations.
Maintain excellent communication with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to prevent delays.
