Job Description

Staff Management

: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, motivate, evaluate, and manage performance for all restaurant staff (servers, cooks, hosts).

Operations Oversight

: Supervise daily service, ensure smooth FOH/BOH flow, maintain cleanliness, and uphold health/safety/sanitation compliance.

Customer Experience

: Ensure exceptional service, resolve complaints, gather feedback, and build guest loyalty.

Financial Management

: Develop budgets, control costs, manage P&L, track expenses, report revenue, and optimize profitability.

Inventory & Supply Chain

: Order food/beverages, manage stock levels, reduce waste, and maintain vendor relationships.

Marketing & Strategy

: Promote the brand, run campaigns, manage online presence, and implement strategies for growth.

Administrative Tasks

: Handle payroll, reporting, policy implementation, and general restaurant administration.
