Job Description

Recruit, train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff. Motivate and mentor team members to deliver excellence. Conduct regular team briefings to ensure service consistency.

Financial & Sales Management



Monitor daily sales, control costs, and optimize profitability. Drive upselling, cross-selling, and special promotions. Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.

Compliance & Safety



Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are strictly maintained. Comply with local regulations, licensing, and food safety laws.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Minimum

of experience in restaurant or F&B management (boutique, fine dining, or premium hospitality preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
