Operational Oversight

:Manage and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Staff Management

:Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff to build a motivated and competent team.

Financial Management

:Create and manage budgets, monitor inventory, control costs, and analyze financial performance to optimize profitability.

Customer Satisfaction

:Ensure high standards for food quality, service, and a clean, welcoming environment for all guests.

Compliance

:Enforce health, safety, food handling, and hygiene regulations to meet all legal requirements.

Marketing and Sales

:Develop and implement strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.
Essential Duties

Oversee food and beverage preparation and service. Monitor inventory and order supplies. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build positive relationships with guests. Create work schedules for staff. Maintain equipment for repairs and service. Perform administrative tasks such as preparing reports and tracking sales.
