Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Ensuring a positive guest experience by greeting customers, seating them, handling complaints, and addressing any issues that arise.

Staff Management:

Overseeing staff performance, providing training, and managing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

Operational Oversight:

Monitoring the dining area, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring food safety procedures are followed.

Inventory and Supplies:

Managing inventory levels and ensuring adequate supplies are available.

Compliance:

Ensuring the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations.

Sales and Revenue:

Working to meet sales targets, manage costs, and identify areas for improvement.

Communication:

Effectively communicating with all staff members, including kitchen staff, and upper management.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills:

To motivate staff and resolve customer issues effectively.

Excellent communication skills:

To interact with staff and customers professionally.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure:

Managing multiple tasks and situations simultaneously.

Knowledge of food safety regulations:

To ensure a safe dining environment.

Previous experience in a restaurant management role:

A solid understanding of restaurant operations.
