Receive and verify all incoming materials as per PO, invoice, and quality standards
Maintain daily stock records (manual / POS / ERP system)
Issue stock to kitchen and service teams strictly as per approved requisitions
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
Monitor expiry dates, FIFO/FEFO, and reduce wastage
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials
Report shortages, excess stock, or damaged items to management
Assist in indent preparation based on consumption patterns
Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, cleanliness, segregation)
Follow FSSAI, hygiene, and food safety SOPs
Maintain cleanliness of store, racks, chillers, and freezers
Support internal audits and inspections
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and wastage reports
Prepare daily/weekly stock consumption reports
Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and stock valuation

Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of F&B inventory management
Understanding of FIFO / FEFO / wastage control
Basic computer skills (Excel / POS / inventory software)
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
Ability to work under pressure in restaurant operations

Qualification & Experience
Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma (Hotel Management preferred)
1-3 years on floor experience in restaurant / QSR / hotel industry
