Take and confirm guest orders, recommend menu items, and upsell specials.
Supervise food & beverage service and ensure timely delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth order execution.
Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and table setup as per standards.
Train and motivate service staff for efficiency and customer service.
Monitor inventory of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOPs.
