Job Description

1. Supervising and guiding junior waiter staff.

2. Ensuring that all guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt preparation and delivery of orders.

4. Upselling menu items and promoting specials to guests.

5. Assisting management with dining utensils inventory management.

6. Ensuring cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

7. Resolving guest issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

8. Collecting customer feedbacks and discuss authorities to improve sales.

9.Ensure the hygiene of the work space for a better dining experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
