Manage special requests, dietary needs, and VIP guests with attentiveness.
Supervise servers, runners, and other frontline service staff during shifts.
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to communicate specials, service standards, and team assignments.
Train new staff on service procedures, menu knowledge, and customer service skills.
Support staff during peak hours to maintain operational flow.
