Job Description

Greet and interact with guests in a warm, professional manner. Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Provide menu recommendations, upsell items, and ensure a memorable dining experience. Manage special requests, dietary needs, and VIP guests with attentiveness. Supervise servers, runners, and other frontline service staff during shifts. Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to communicate specials, service standards, and team assignments. Train new staff on service procedures, menu knowledge, and customer service skills. Support staff during peak hours to maintain operational flow.
