Serve food and beverages on time as per ALMA service standards.
Keep tables clean, properly set, and well maintained.
Handle guest questions or complaints politely and resolve them quickly.
Prepare bills, collect payments, and give correct receipts.
Have good knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and dietary options.
Support daily opening, stock refilling, and closing duties.
Follow health and safety rules to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
