We are hiring a

Restaurant Captain

to supervise daily service operations and ensure a smooth and professional guest experience at our cafe and lounge in Meerut.

Responsibilities

Supervise the service team and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements. Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service. Guide guests with menu recommendations and maintain updated product knowledge. Ensure tables are prepared, clean, and properly set before service. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless service delivery. Assist with billing, payment processes, and table management. Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly. Train and support service staff in maintaining service standards and hygiene. Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines.

Requirements

Experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a restaurant, cafe, lounge, or bar. Strong communication and team supervision skills. Presentable appearance with a professional attitude. Ability to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Hotel Management diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
