1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff
2. Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
3. Take guest orders and ensure timely service
4. Manage table assignments and floor supervision
5. Train and guide junior staff on service standards
6. Handle guest complaints professionally
7. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the dining area
8. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
9. Maintain billing accuracy and handle POS system if needed
10. 1-3 years of experience as a captain or senior steward in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel
11. Strong leadership and communication skills
12. Good knowledge of food & beverages
13. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
