Train new staff members and provide ongoing guidance to the team.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure service quality.
Inspect the cleanliness of the dining area and ensure tableware, cutlery, and linen are hygienic.
Welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and ensure they have a pleasant experience.
Ensure a high level of customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests.
Regularly check with guests to ensure their satisfaction with food and beverages and to resolve any issues.
Gather and record feedback from guests on the quality of service and food.
Monitor inventory levels for side stations and assist with ordering supplies.
Take orders from guests and ensure all special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
Prepare reports on sales, feedback, and any significant events that occurred during the shift.
