Job Description

Staff Supervision & Training:


1. Brief and assign duties to waiters, busboys, and other service staff.
2. Train new staff on restaurant procedures, policies, and service standards.
3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff.

Guest Service & Experience:


1. Greet guests warmly, welcome them to the restaurant, and assist with seating.
2. Explain menu items, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and ingredients.
3. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and check for guest satisfaction.
4. Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.

Operational Management:


1. Oversee the dining room to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation and correct presentation of dishes.
3. Monitor table reservations, seating, and overall service flow.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

Communication & Reporting:


1. Communicate guest needs, such as allergies and dietary restrictions, to the kitchen.
2. Report any significant events, employee, or guest issues to management.
3. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and potential service improvements.

Health & Safety:


1. Ensure staff adheres to health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
2. Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
