- Offering Menu Recommendations, upselling of additional products and special menus.
- Take accurate food orders from the guests and post Kitchen order ticket.
- Ensuring Serving Right food to right guest.
- Handling special requests of the guests carefully
- Communicate with chefs about not available food, limited portion dishes and special to sell dishes.
- Develop restaurant sales through upselling, guest contacts and ensuring good service
- Work on zero complaint targets.
- Taking feedbacks form the guests about the food and service before guest leaves.
- Handling guest complaints in appropriate way and take a corrective actions.
- Ensure the maintenance and aesthetic upkeep of the restaurant in close coordination with engineering and housekeeping.
- Maintain and control the par stocks of cutlery, crockery, linen, supplies, and equipment.
- Conducting monthly inventory of food and beverage items used in cafe.
