Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff adherence to service standards.
Manage daily operations, including reservations and seating arrangements.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
Guest experience:
Greet and interact with guests, addressing inquiries and special requests.
Monitor service quality and ensure all guest needs are met.
Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages.
Service and quality control:
Oversee food and beverage service to ensure quality and consistency.
Coordinate with the kitchen staff.
Ensure food and beverage presentation and freshness meet standards.
Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
