Position: Restaurant Captain

Reports To: Restaurant Manager Job Summary: The Restaurant Captain at Earth Cafe is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth front-of-house operations, and effective coordination between service staff and kitchen. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and attention to detail to maintain Earth Cafe's service standards. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide service staff during shifts

Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer queries or complaints politely

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service

Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service standards

Assist in table allocation and reservation management

Train and mentor new service staff

Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and FSSAI standards

Support billing and cash handling procedures when required Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

Strong communication and leadership skills

Knowledge of food & beverage service standards

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pleasant personality and customer-oriented mindset

Working Hours: Shift-based as per operational requirements

Location: As per Earth Cafe outlet assignment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?24,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
