Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

Greet guests, manage reservations, assign tables, and ensure prompt, courteous service.

Staff Supervision:

Lead, train, schedule, and motivate servers and other dining staff.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily dining room flow, coordinate with kitchen, manage POS systems, and handle billing.

Quality & Standards:

Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards, enforce health/safety protocols, and ensure menu/wine list knowledge.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve customer complaints or issues tactfully and effectively.

Sales & Promotion:

Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize revenue.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
