Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

Greets guests, manages reservations and seating, takes orders, ensures timely service, and handles complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.
Essential Skills:

Leadership:

Ability to motivate and lead a team, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient service.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and staff, handle complaints, and coordinate service.

Customer Service:

Strong ability to build rapport with guests, understand their needs, and provide excellent service.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to quickly assess and resolve customer complaints and service issues.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure smooth operations.

Knowledge of Food and Beverage:

Understanding of menu items, drink preparation, and service standards.

Team Leadership:

Supervises, trains, and motivates service staff, including servers, buspersons, and bartenders, to deliver high-quality service.

Coordination:

Communicates effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely, and to address any issues that may arise.

Service Standards:

Implements and enforces service standards, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.

Operations:

Manages inventory, handles daily operations, and contributes to improving service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
