Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
Greet guests, allocate tables, and ensure prompt service
Supervise and guide waiters, stewards, and trainees
Take food & beverage orders and ensure accuracy while serving
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely order delivery
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
Ensure proper table setup, mise-en-place, and buffet arrangements
Assist in training staff on service standards and upselling techniques
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the restaurant
Manage billing through POS system and ensure correct payment handling
Prepare daily reports, shift logs, and staff allocation
Support in planning special events, promotions, and festive setups
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred
1-3 years of restaurant/F&B service experience
Strong communication skills and guest handling ability
Good leadership and team coordination skills
Knowledge of fine dining, service styles, and POS operations
Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
