The Trainee Captain assists the Captain and F&B team in daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth workflow, and maintaining service standards. This role is a stepping stone toward becoming a full Captain.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service
Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables.
Present menu, explain items, and take orders correctly.
Ensure quick and efficient service of food & beverages.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and promptly.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ?17,500.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
