Supervise and manage the restaurant floor operations.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth dining experience.
Greet and seat guests professionally, ensuring excellent hospitality.
Train and guide service staff on food & beverage knowledge, service standards, and customer care.
Handle guest complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage table reservations and ensure proper guest flow.
Monitor hygiene, safety, and quality standards in the dining area.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Assist in stock management and requisitions for service-related items.
Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive dining environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Restaurant Captain
in a multicuisine setup.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure situations.
Good knowledge of F&B service standards.
Immediate availability preferred.
