Job Description

Guest Service & Satisfaction:

Greets guests warmly and ensures they are promptly seated and served. Handles guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, resolving issues efficiently. Monitors guest satisfaction and takes steps to improve the dining experience.

Operations Management:

Manages table reservations and seating arrangements. Oversees and monitors service standards, ensuring timely and accurate food and beverage service. Coordinates with the kitchen to ensure food orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Maintains a clean and organized dining area. Assists with inventory control and stock management.

Staff Supervision & Training:

Supervises and trains waitstaff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent service. May be involved in recruiting and onboarding new staff members. Ensures staff adherence to service standards and company policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?27,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
