Operations Management:
Manages table reservations and seating arrangements.
Oversees and monitors service standards, ensuring timely and accurate food and beverage service.
Coordinates with the kitchen to ensure food orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
Maintains a clean and organized dining area.
Assists with inventory control and stock management.
Staff Supervision & Training:
Supervises and trains waitstaff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent service.
May be involved in recruiting and onboarding new staff members.
Ensures staff adherence to service standards and company policies.
