Guest Service:
Ensure exceptional service by directly assisting guests, handling complaints, and monitoring guest experiences. This can include greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving issues promptly.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations, coordinate with other departments (like the kitchen), and manage logistics or schedules to optimize efficiency. This also involves ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and managing inventory.
Quality and Compliance:
Uphold high standards of hospitality and cleanliness, and ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and maritime or food safety laws.
Financial and Administrative Tasks:
Handle tasks like managing reservations, processing payments, and potentially contributing to cost control and inventory management.
