Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate restaurant or banquet service.
Ensure smooth guest service and handle guest queries.
Guide and train service staff on standards and procedures.
Check table setup, cleanliness, and order accuracy.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service.
Maintain inventory of cutlery, crockery, and linen.
Ensure hygiene and safety compliance in service areas.
