Greet and seat guests; ensure a smooth dining experience
Supervise waiters and service staff during shifts
Take and confirm guest orders; coordinate with kitchen and bar
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs
Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and adherence to service standards
Train and guide service team members
Maintain order accuracy and timely service
Monitor inventory of service items (cutlery, linen, menus, etc.)
Skills Required:
Strong communication and leadership
Good knowledge of food & beverage service
Customer-service oriented
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Experience:
1-3 years in F&B service; prior captain/supervisor experience preferred.
