The Resource Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting insurance advisors or sales partners to achieve business targets. The role focuses on ensuring team productivity, driving sales performance, and maintaining compliance with company and IRDAI regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
Support advisors in generating business and achieving targets.
Monitor performance and ensure productivity of the sales team.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Ensure adherence to company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Prepare and share regular performance and progress reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, recruitment, or team handling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team.
Good understanding of insurance products and sales processes.
