Omkara Assets Reconstructions Pvt Ltd. is Hiring for Resolution Manager for Chennai Location.

• Appear and represent before courts, tribunals, police station and other statutory and regulatory authorities on behalf of the Company.

• Liaising and co-ordinating with advocates and law enforcement agencies i.e. Police Station etc. on case-to-case basis along with continuous follow up for expediting each case.

• Able to manage in taking repossession of assets and making customer visits for ensuring recovery.

• Drafting, vetting and assistance in finalization of formats of overdue notices, demand notices, possession notices, Loan Recall Notices, agreements, petitions, appeal etc. in compliance with all laws and regulatory statutes.

• Litigation management/ Case management.

• Briefing advocates on legal /litigation matters and attending different court, tribunals, police station in different proceedings for various civil / criminal matters.

• Formulating and implementing the strategy for settlement and recovery on cases allocated.

• To work in close coordination with legal head for taking legal steps for recovery of outstanding debts against defaulting borrowers.

• Preparation and circulation of litigation MIS on time-to-time basis and tracking and monitoring of the same.

• Conducting auctions for properties in physical possession.

• Provide assistance in documentation and other debt recovery process.

• Handle all resolution work as may be assigned from time to time.

• Other routine matters.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb945,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb960,000.00 per month Benefits:
