Introduction:

aAEURAa, a, a, The role of the Resilience Test aAEURA" BA3 Analyst is to help with generating Post exercise reports, follow up on open actions, ensuring review of actions against the Issue Management standard, reporting of testing status for various forums including the Group Resilience Council. This role will also be required to review test results and learns, assess recurring themes and be able to provide actionable insights to the Group Resilience Leadership thereby driving tangible continual service improvements
aAEURAa, a, a, The role will also be required to support level 1 walkthroughs, WAR Testing, Balert testing from time to time
aAEURAa, a, a, Given the role will sit under the broader Shared services remit, during lean periods the role may be required to support other work streams within Group Resilience

Test Plan & Implementation:
aAEURAa, a, a, Assist with the scheduling of tests
aAEURAa, a, a, Assist with delivery of tests, support test logistics and generation of Post Exercise report
aAEURAa, a, a, Support level 1 walkthroughs, WAR Testing, Balert testing etc
aAEURAa, a, a, Track open actions and help with reportinga,
aAEURAa, a, a, Review test results and learns, assess recurring themes and provide actionable insights to the Group Resilience Leadershipa,

Reviews and Assurance:
aAEURAa, a, a, Track and test outcomes based on criticality (remediation and enhancement) and validate the closure of actions; incorporate lessons learnt into subsequent tests to validate embedment
aAEURAa, a, a, Upload and Track the test results on the Continuity Logic Tool
aAEURAa, a, a, Prepare MI & presentations for different forums as and when required

What will you be doing?

To undertake the following key accountabilities:
aAEURAa, a, a, Successfully facilitate execution of tests & Post Exercise Reports (PERs) against SLAs;
aAEURAa, a, a, Ensure review of actions against the Issue Management standard
aAEURAa, a, a, Define and collate the management information needed for the service in line with defined standards;
aAEURAa, a, a, Support level 1 walkthroughs, WAR Testing, Balert testing from time to time
aAEURAa, a, a, Support other work streams within Group Resilience during lean periods of testing
aAEURAa, a, a, Produce documentation & presentation material for stakeholder management purposes;
aAEURAa, a, a, Maintain a good knowledge of current practice and awareness of current developments within own area(s) of expertise.a,
aAEURAa, a, a, Demonstrates awareness of areas outside own specialism, as appropriate.a,

aAEURAa, a, a, Strong reporting skills. Proficient with MS Office. Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview will be an added advantage
