Job Description

Market Outreach :

Conduct on-ground prospecting through local networking, corporate connects, database, and resident welfare associations etc.

Channel Partner Management :

Develop and manage relationships with local real estate brokers, ensuring consistent lead inflow.

Lead Generation :

Plan and Participate in exhibitions, property fairs, and events to generate new inquiries or create local events to attract buyers

Customer Qualification :

Conduct first-level screening of leads for budget, location preference, and readiness to buy.

Referral Management :

Build a structured referral and loyalty program to source leads from existing buyers.

Data Reporting :

Maintain daily call and visit logs, update database with source-wise lead data, and feedback.

Brand Representation :

Uphold brand reputation while engaging with external stakeholders. Follow the process

Critical Competencies



Field prospecting & networking ability. Relationship management with brokers, agents and local influencers. Understanding of market catchments and competitor offerings. Basic product and financial knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
