Join us and let\'s get started. Prepare, monitor, track and update project schedule. Ensure work is carried out as per approved and latest GFC drawings. Ensure Quality Assurance and correctness of the ongoing works. Ensure material used is as per approved make and specifications. Ensure all equipment used are certified & compliant as per prevailing guidelines. Ensure contractor\'s all documentary compliances. Ensure Safety measures as suggested are adhered to during works. Synchronize the contractors\' schedules with project master schedule. Implement instructions from Project Manager and give regular feedback. Resolve site issues and maintain list of site issues and snags and ensure closure as per instructions. Be available for regular site visits, Safety and Quality Walkthrough Audits and take instructions. Check as-built drawings prepared by the contractor/ vendor/ consultants during construction. Managing Request for Information, Request for Action & Corrective action reports. Reporting and maintaining the records of the all the issues raised and resolved. Prepare regular reports for Project Manager and Client indicating project progress, cost, risk, safety, procurement issues and ensure timely dissemination of minutes. Plan, organize and chair regular meetings with stakeholders to drive project without any hold points, manage delay and claims. Incorporate lessons learnt and strive for continuous improvement for the project. B-Tech (Civil) and have 06-08 years project / construction management experience and spent the last 2+ years focusing on preferably hyperscale data center projects/ industrial projects/ large scale commercial projects.
