Job Description

  • Quality Verification of Material and workr
  • Coordination with all Agencies/Contractors/Architects.r
  • Expert in making BAR- Chart of work and achieve deadlines accordingly.r
  • Skilled full in making BOQ/BOM and freezing Specifications.r
  • Check proper bills & Measurements.r
  • Controlled delays in work by LD clause.r
  • Maintaining MOU/MOM of all meetings.r
  • Can prepare/Draft all sort of Agreements of Vendors/Contractors.r
  • Controlling Wastage / Damages/Losses/Leakages during ongoing construction.r
  • Highlighting Poor workmanship and quality deviation.r
r r Qualifications & Key Requirementsr r B.E/ B.Tech Civil Engineeringr r 1 & more years of working experiencer r
  • r
  • Proven experience especially in Construction industry.r
  • Proficient in MS Office/Excel.r
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.r
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.r
  • A team player with leadership skills and able to work with all levels of Management.r

Education: CA (Chartered Accountant), CS (Company Secretary), ICWA, M.Arch. (Architecture), M.Com. (Commerce), M.Ed. (Education), M.Pharm. (Pharmacy), M.Phil. (Philosophy), M.Sc. (Science), MA (Arts), MBA/ PGDM, MCA/ PGDCA, MD/ MS (Medicine), ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), ML/ LLM (Law)r r r r r r r Any Graduate
