Project: Mace is providing PMC services for a station redevelopment project in Mumbai.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.

Reviewing the overall status of the MEP work.

Reporting on the progress of all MEP aspects of the project to the project director, design, and commercial team.

Providing performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.

Defining jointly with the project controls department, all project plan documents, including the scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans.

Monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilisation, project financials.

Overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow and identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risks, and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.

Capturing, evaluating and sharing lessons learned throughout the project and ensuring that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed along with driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgment by the customer.

Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements.

Coordinating with supply chain management, and successfully procuring required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.

Acting as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues and responsible for building.

Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicating with all stakeholders.

About you

You will have a degree qualification in MEP engineering with a post-degree qualification in relevant engineering field. You have previous working experience on railway development project. You are rated as highly capable and competent with very good experience of working in a local environment and knowledge of the language.

You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have previous working experience on construction projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
