Designation : Resident Engineer Qualification : B.Tech/ B.E. in Civil Engineering Experience : Minimum 10-15 years Locations : Assam : \xc2\xb7 Must be able to take decisions and lead the project, from inception to delivery. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to manage delivery of projects from Civil, MEP & Interior Finishing projects, on time, within budget and with zero defects and to the satisfaction of the customer. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to manage all sub-contractors to deliver quality works first time itself. \xc2\xb7 Ability to do work from a PMC point of view. Should have good knowledge of Tendering, Project Planning, Billing and Execution, Project Management & Construction Works. \xc2\xb7 Contract Management and site visit and reporting for critical issues. \xc2\xb7 Document Management \xc2\xb7 Reporting \xe2\x80\x93 DPR, WPR and MPR \xc2\xb7 Should be able to review site progress as well as ensure necessary Quality and Safety requirements are strictly adhered to by the project team. \xc2\xb7 Controller of the entire projects from inception to delivery. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to prove delivery of projects on time and within budget with zero rectification works. \xc2\xb7 Ability to do project planning and scheduling.. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to take decisions and lead the project. \xc2\xb7 Should also have good communication skills to interact with both with client and sub-contractors. \xc2\xb7 Should be a team player, leader and motivator to the project team. \xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge in MS Office, MS. Project and Auto Cad etc. is a must. Required Candidate profile: For the construction of institutional building in Assam. We require: 1. Engineers with experience in institutional/Commercial/Residential buildings. 2. Excellent knowledge in MS Office, MS. Project and Auto Cad is a must 3.
