Job Reference Code: TR-DB-IN-Q3-02 / D-RESS01 Job Title: Resident Engagement and Support Specialist Experience: 1 to 2 years Job Overview : As an Resident Engagement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring residents have a seamless experience with Delibo\'s smart parcel lockers. Your responsibilities will include providing on-site support, addressing resident inquiries, facilitating smooth locker operations, and maintaining proactive communication between the residential complex, Delibo\'s back office, customer support, and technical teams. With a commitment to enhancing the resident experience through technology and innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and customer centric individual to join our team as an On-Site Resident Engagement and Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Resident Engagement: 1. Be the face of Delibo at the residential complex, fostering positive relationships with residents. 2. Conduct on-site demonstrations to educate residents on operating Delibo\'s smart parcel lockers. Support and Issue Resolution: 1. Assist residents in resolving any operational issues or doubts related to Delibo\'s parcel locker system. 2. Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve technical challenges promptly. Communication Liaisonrequirements into looker dashboard and reports, monitor team activities. Communication Liaison: 1. Act as a bridge between residents, the residential complex management, and Delibo\'s back office. 2. Ensure effective and timely communication of updates, maintenance schedules, and relevant information Sales Support: 1. Utilize sales skills to promote Delibo services and features to residents, encouraging uptake and engagement. 2. Gather feedback from residents to contribute to service improvement and development. Maintenance and Upkeep: 1. Conduct routine checks and maintenance of Delibo\'s parcel lockers on-site. 2. Coordinate with the technical team for any necessary repairs or upgrades. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service. 3. Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot operational issues. 4. Sales skills and experience in customer engagement (sales experience is an added advantage). 5. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. 6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 7. Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly Education and Experience: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Previous experience in customer support, sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
