- Total Experience : 3 Years with hotel industry
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Previous experience in reservations or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of reservation agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Booking Management: Oversee the reservation process, including handling customer inquiries, processing bookings, and managing room availability to maximize occupancy.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with various departments, such as front office and sales, to ensure seamless communication and coordination for a smooth guest experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reservation reports, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular updates to management.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for reservation staff to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with reservation policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and quality of service.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize reservation systems and technology effectively to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
