Reservations Manager

Job Description

Booking Management:Accept, confirm, modify, and cancel reservations through various channels (phone, web, email). Guest Services:Respond to inquiries, provide info on hotel amenities, services, rates, and resolve issues professionally. System & Data Accuracy:Input booking details accurately, maintain updated room availability, and manage guest profiles in the Property Management System (PMS). Coordination:Liaise with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations. Revenue & Sales:Upsell packages/services, monitor booking pace, and contribute to revenue targets. Reporting:Prepare daily arrival lists, reservation reports, and handle advance deposits/payments. Policy Adherence:Understand and apply hotel policies on cancellations, no-shows, and guaranteed reservations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
