Good Communication skills. To Issue, Reissue & Cancel Airline Tickets on GDS/Amadeus &Galileo. Candidate must have ability to handle all International and Domestic Ticketing queries received from B2B agents. Candidate must have good knowledge of GDS like Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre. Candidate must have sincere and honest work approach. Knowledge of Tour Packages would be an add-on advantage. Candidate must be from Travel background with 3+ years of experience in Ticketing. Candidate must have a positive approach towards the clients and have tendency to mature the leads to confirmed bookings.
