Handle reservation calls, emails, and online bookings efficiently.
Maintain updated records of bookings and guest profiles in the system.
Coordinate with front office and sales teams regarding room availability and rates.
Upsell rooms and services to maximize revenue.
Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as per guest requests.
Ensure high accuracy in data entry and reservation details.
Address guest queries and resolve booking-related issues promptly.
Prepare daily reports on reservations and occupancy.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
