Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle room reservations through phone calls, emails, OTAs, corporate accounts, and walk-ins. Enter, update, and maintain reservation details Provide guests with clear information on room types, rates, packages, and hotel policies. Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping regarding room availability and special requests. Upsell room categories and hotel services to maximize revenue. Handle group bookings and coordinate with the sales team when required. Maintain reservation reports, forecast occupancy, and support daily operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good numerical and analytical skills. Customer-focused with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:



Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations. Knowledge of room inventory management and revenue principles is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
