In this position, you will be responsible for curating some of the most experiential and immersive holidays for our guests across CGH Earth's leisure properties spread around South India. Being a high value product, your role will be that of a consultant with deep product /destination knowledge and who will be the go-to person for the prospect right from the planning stage till he/she returns back home. Preferably a great team player with a growth mind set, multi-tasking ability, eagerness to learn and ready to take up responsibilities when situation arises.
Responsibilities
Categorize and prioritize the leads
Providing customers with genuinely helpful information and resources (even if that doesn't culminate in a sale)
Maintain a high customer engagement score
Ensure quick turnaround time across channels (Phone/Email/Social media) and ensure ease of booking
Timely follow ups to prevent any business leakage and maximize the conversion
Upsell/Cross-sell the different offerings under CGH Earth's portfolio
Analyse the trends and booking pattern and put forward valuable suggestions to enhance team performance

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Preferably with background in Tourism/Hospitality)
1 Year experience of working in the Tourism/Hospitality industry will be an advantage (Freshers who are passionate about delivering superior customer experience are welcome to apply for the position)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Proficiency in One regional language apart from Malayalam is preferred)
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office
